Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the industry.Role OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Back Office Executive to provide critical support to our sales team and ensure smooth operations within the sales department. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the overall sales process.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and excel in multitasking while supporting the sales team to meet their objectives efficiently.Key Responsibilities1.Sales Support and CoordinationProcess and track customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to client requirements.Prepare and follow up on proposals, offers, and contracts.2.Order Processing and DocumentationManage the entire order cycle, from order entry to dispatch coordination.Ensure all sales documentation (e.g., POs, invoices, delivery notes) is accurate and up to date.Track and maintain records of pending orders, delivery schedules, and client feedback.3.Client CommunicationAct as a liaison between the sales team and clients for routine updates.Respond to client queries and provide support for issues related to orders, pricing, and deliveries.4.Data Management and ReportingMaintain an organized database of client information, sales records, and order statuses.Generate regular reports on sales performance, pending orders, and other key metrics.Assist in preparing presentations or reports for management and client meetings.ternal CoordinationCollaborate with other departments (e.g., materials, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and payment follow-ups.6.Process ImprovementIdentify and implement process enhancements to improve back-office efficiency.Assist in streamlining workflows for faster and more effective sales operations.How to ApplyIf you’re organized, detail-driven, and eager to contribute to our joint success, we’d love to hear from you!
