Job Role : HR ManagerExperience Required : 2-6 yearsJob type : Full-Time (On-Site)Job Location : Bilaspur, ChhattisgarhKey Responsibilities:Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, payroll, employee records, and overall HR operations for our growing organization.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.Calculate and process employees' payroll, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.Monitor and manage staff holidays and leave requests to ensure accurate records of available time off.Support the performance management process, assisting in tracking and documenting employee performance.Maintain accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information and employment history.Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of HR.Qualifications Required:2-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (minimum 1 year in team lead or managerial role).Must have handled all the administrative tasks of companies having 50-100 employees.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas.HR Manager || HR Executive || Talent Acquisition || Human Resources || Team Lead || HR Associate
