Job title- Assistant Vice President - Employee Benefits- Placement(Underwriting)Department- Insurer Relationship management (IRM)Reporting To- Vice PresidentBranch- GurugramJob Summary/About the Role-The position will involve build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders at the insurance companies.Required Qualifications-A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any streamPost Graduation or MBA would be added advantageRequired Experience and skills-12-15 years of experience in Insurance Company, Brokers in Insurer Relation Management role.Knowledge of EB productsHave good time management skills.Be proficient in verbal and written English.Be a team leaderHave service orientation.Have good negotiation & convincing skillsKey Responsibilities-The person will be responsible for handling placement Role for EB policies such as reviewing the RFP Received from RCS team and floating it in the market. Arranging competitive terms from the insurance companies. Preparing the QCR with due diligence and capturing all the terms and conditions.Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for smooth handling of placement-related activities.
