Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to provide information about Tazen’s platform and services. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing support for expert listings, and maintaining accurate call records. The role also includes following up with leads, resolving client concerns, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to enhance user experience.
