We enable them.We operates across Direct-to-Consumer, Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, Retail, and Exports witha strong focus on Tamil Nadu and Indian diaspora marketsAbout the RoleWe hiring a Quick Commerce Growth Manager to own end-to-end growth and commercialperformance across quick commerce platforms, with Instamart as the primary growth lever andBlinkit as secondary.This is not an account management role.This is a P&L-oriented growth operator role requiring strong platform relationships, executionvelocity, and revenue ownership.The role will crack Mumbai first as a scalable playbook to unlock Delhi and other metros.Core ObjectivesOwn Quick Commerce growth end-to-end across platformsBuild and execute platform-specific growth playbooksDrive 40–50% growth within 90 daysEstablish Mumbai as the anchor city before scaling to DelhiSuccess Metrics40–50% QoQ growth on Quick Commerce within 90 daysImproved visibility across search, collections, and platform placementsHigh-performing SKU × city combinations with consistent availabilityRepeatable execution playbooks that can be scaled across citiesKey Responsibilities1.Platform & Category Manager OwnershipBuild strong, high-trust relationships with platform category managersActively negotiate visibility, placements, and growth opportunitiesDrive inclusion in platform campaigns, events, and collectionsRepresent COOKD as a high-potential growth brand on platforms2. Visibility, Search & Platform AdsOwn platform levers: search ranking, sponsored ads, collections, and bannersPlan and execute platform ad spends with ROI accountabilityContinuously monitor keyword, placement, and share-of-voice performanceOptimize discoverability to drive sustainable topline growth3.Promotions & Calendar PlanningOwn monthly and quarterly promo calendarsDesign promotions that balance growth with contribution marginsExecute platform events, city-specific campaigns, and burstsCoordinate closely with platforms to maximize impact of promotions4. SKU × City Growth StrategyIdentify, test, and scale winning SKU × city combinationsPrioritize hero SKUs for each platform and geographyOptimize assortment depth based on velocity and profitabilityKill underperforming SKUs decisively5.Supply Chain & Availability ManagementWork closely with supply chain teams to ensure high in-stock ratesAlign demand planning with platform forecasts and promo spikesMinimize OOS losses during peak demand windowsEnsure readiness for scale during platform-led campaigns6.Catalog Hygiene & PerformanceOwn catalog quality: images, titles, descriptions, pricing, and pack sizesEnsure platform-specific compliance and best practicesContinuously improve conversion through better catalog executionMonitor catalog health and fix issues proactively7.
