Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly capable Project Site Manager to lead and coordinate on-ground execution of our 160 MW solar power project in Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh. The person will act as the owner’s on-site representative and will be responsible for coordinating with EPC contractors, NREDCAP, DISCOM/STU/CTU-related agencies, local authorities, land teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project execution.This role requires strong project management skills, authority coordination ability, and hands-on experience in utility-scale solar project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the project developer on-site and oversee day-to-day execution activities.Coordinate closely with EPC contractors to ensure progress as per approved timelines, technical standards, and contractual obligations.Act as the primary on-ground coordination point with NREDCAP, local government departments, electrical inspectors, revenue authorities, and other relevant agencies.Monitor project milestones including site preparation, civil works, module mounting structures, module installation, inverter stations, pooling substation, transmission line/interface works, and testing & commissioning.Track and report project progress, bottlenecks, delays, and risks to management on a regular basis.Ensure all statutory approvals, local permits, and compliance requirements are followed at site.Coordinate with landowners, local communities, contractors, and vendors to resolve site-level issues efficiently.Support right-of-way, access road, water, security, and other infrastructure-related arrangements needed for project execution.Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards across the site.Review manpower deployment, equipment mobilization, and material availability with EPC and subcontractors.Facilitate inspections, joint measurements, authority visits, and technical reviews.Maintain proper documentation of site progress, issues, approvals, correspondences, and compliance records.Assist management in commercial and contractual follow-up with EPC contractors and key stakeholders wherever required.Support pre-commissioning, synchronization, charging approvals, and final project handover activities.
