As a Functional Product Analyst (Treasury), you will analyse business processes, interpret stakeholder requirements, and support enhancements to the T24 Treasury system. You will work closely with finance, risk, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and contribute to successful delivery across development, testing, and implementation.What You’ll Do and How You’ll SucceedConduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the T24 Treasury system.Collaborate with development teams on the implementation of new features and functionalities.Support user acceptance testing and assist during implementation activities.Monitor and report on project progress, highlight risks or issues, and recommend solutions.Provide training and support to end users of the T24 Treasury system.Continuously review the T24 Treasury system to identify optimisation opportunities.Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices related to T24 Treasury processes.We’d Love to Hear From You If…ExperienceYou have at least three years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.Technical ExpertiseStrong understanding of T24 Treasury system functionality and processes.Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and converting them into functional or technical specifications.Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage.T24 certification is highly desirable.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Ways of WorkingExcellent analytical and problem solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.---Who We AreThakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
