Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and analytical supply chain professional to join our Network Strategy & Planning team as a Value Chain Planner. This role is ideal if you are passionate about end-to-end supply planning, scenario modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support portfolio leads in developing optimized supply plans, maintaining planning parameters, and driving data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:Support creation of medium- and long-term supply plans for assigned product portfolios.Conduct scenario simulations to evaluate trade-offs and support strategic decision-making.Maintain planning parameters and ensure data integrity across SAP IBP and Excel models.Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and commercial teams to align supply strategies.Assist in long-range capacity planning and investment analysis.Prepare and present analytical insights to support S&OP and executive reviews.Key Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP IBP or similar planning tools is a plus.Understanding of supply chain concepts and business acumen.Qualifications:5 Years + Post MBA experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
