Hiring for : An AI- driven platform that helps insurance teams bring their systems together and make faster, smarter decisionsExperience: 9-12 YearsJob Location: Mumbai OR Bengaluru (5 days work from office)Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferredKey Skills: Computer Vision, Image & Video Analysis, Model Development, Model Fine-Tuning & Optimization, Deep Learning, Real-World CV Applications, Python, Production-Ready ML ModelsCore Responsibilities – Lead AI/ML, Vision ProductsLead development of computer vision models & pipelines for images/videos (detection, classification, segmentation, OCR, video analysis).Build end-to-end vision ML systems: preprocessing, training, inference, evaluation, and deployment (cloud/edge).Optimize & fine-tune deep learning models for real-time, production-grade applications.Translate CV capabilities into scalable enterprise products; integrate models into workflows & APIs.Provide technical leadership: mentor ML teams, define best practices, and drive architecture & deployment decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts to solve real-world AI problems.Required Qualifications6+ years of experience in AI/ML with significant work in computer vision systems.Strong experience building production-grade computer vision models for images and videos.Hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).Experience implementing and deploying models such as: -CNN-based architectures -transformer-based vision models -object detection frameworks -segmentation modelsExperience working with large-scale image or video datasets.Strong programming skills in Python and experience building ML pipelines.
