Deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and effects in Adobe AfterEffects. Proficiency in rotoscoping, tracking, masking, and overlaysisnecessary. Efficiently execute motion graphics design requests based on each client’srequirements, ensuring tasks stay within scope and on schedule Edit footage and provided assets into short videos (1-4 minutes on average)that clients can use for their sales, marketing, human resources, andcorporate communications. Work with Team Leads to realize the full potential of each video project. Be available to work full-time during your shift, responding promptlytocommunications from team members. Select and edit music/audio to complement video visuals. Create custom animated text and titles based on video briefing. Meet strict deadlines and demands of the client media cycle while alsoreacting and adapting to shifting workloads. Work with leaders to develop and champion promotionalcontent for events, products, and clients.Requirements: Motion Graphics: Members of our team must have a strong handle oncreating bespoke motion graphics/animations using Adobe After Effects.Proficiency in rotoscoping, tracking, masking, and overlays is necessary. Editing: Storyboard animators/motion graphic designers also need to beskilled in other relevant media editing programs like Adobe Premiere,andPhotoshop. Creativity: Candidates must demonstrate a strong level of creativityandpassion, ability to use creative problem solving, excited to tacklenewchallenges. Communication: Storyboard team members must be able to work effectivelyas part of a team, ability to both follow instructions and delegate tasks whererequired. Time management: Our video process moves fast! While demonstratingallthe above qualities, candidates must also be able to work at a consistent high-speed pace while utilizing strong time management and organization skills.Must be a self-starter, able to work independently. Social Media: Must have familiarity with social media platforms, includingLinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Professional attitude: All candidates should have a friendly, positive,solution-oriented attitude; we’re looking for team players who can give andreceive constructive feedback and support. Hardware: You must have a fully functional computer or laptop withcapabilities sufficient to handle Adobe CC, 4K video and animated projectseffectively.
