Think of it as a combination of creative inspiration and practical shopping solutions to make home styling easier and faster.Role DescriptionThis is a high-ownership role with a steep learning curve - you’ll get a front-row seat to launch a startup.What you’ll work on:Driving strategy and execution to take the product from 0 -> 1Building and nurturing our customer & stylist communitySocial media strategy and execution (especially Instagram)Running product demos, gathering feedback, and shaping the roadmapAssisting with P&L and business fundamentalsWorking across functions - doing whatever it takes to buildQualificationsStrong customer success skillsSomeone curious, scrappy, and comfortable with ambiguityBasic Accounting skills to assist with financial tracking and reportingAbility to think critically, solve problems efficiently, and self-driven in a fast-paced startup environmentExperience/knowledge in design, aesthetics, and home styling is preferredExperience/knowledge in social media marketing is preferredEducationPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.What you will learnWork closely with the Founder to strategize and execute product market fitKnowledge and potentially hands on experience leveraging AI for launching startupsProduct thinking: from user insights to roadmap decisionsHow to operate in ambiguity and move fast with limited resourcesDurationFull-time, Duration is 3 months with scope to extend based on performance.
