The responsibilities include designing and managing project plans, overseeing maintenance schedules, analyzing production efficiency, and implementing process improvements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and maintaining compliance with industry standards while ensuring operational efficiency within the apparel manufacturing process.QualificationsExpertise in Maintenance Planning and Maintenance ManagementNot more than 5 years of Experience in IE planning.Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize production operationsProven skills in Project Planning and Project ManagementKnowledge of lean manufacturing methods and process improvement techniquesExperience in the apparel or manufacturing sector is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fieldExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsProficiency in relevant project management software and tools
