We are looking for a skilled Accounts and Finance Executive to join our team at the Head Office location.The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting and finance.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Job RequirementsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proficiency in financial software and systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Good knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.Assist in tax filings and compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
