Job Title: Pilates InstructorLocation: Fitclub GurgaonDepartment: Fitness / TrainingJob Summary:FitClub is looking for a certified and passionate Pilates Instructor to lead engaging and effective Pilates sessions for members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving clients’ strength, flexibility, posture, and overall fitness through safe and structured Pilates programs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions (Mat/Reformer)Design customized workout plans based on clients’ fitness levels and goalsEnsure proper form, technique, and safety during sessionsMonitor client progress and provide regular feedbackMotivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goalsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates area and equipmentStay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and fitness trendsAssist in promoting Pilates programs and memberships at the clubRequirements:Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer certification preferred)Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Pilates trainingStrong understanding of human anatomy and body mechanicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle clients with different fitness levels and needsEnergetic, positive, and professional attitude
