Its mission is to build a happier and healthier society by enabling financial independence and fostering positive societal change.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time / full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon for a Manager Donor Relations. The Manager Donor Relations will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with donors, implementing donor engagement strategies, and managing annual giving campaigns. The individual will oversee donor contributions, ensure proper acknowledgment, and manage communication to enhance donor satisfaction and retention. The role will also involve planning and executing projects aligned with the foundation’s mission and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve fundraising objectives.QualificationsStrong expertise in Annual Giving and Philanthropy to successfully drive donor campaigns and funding initiativesProven experience in Donor Relations and Donor Management to maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholdersProject Management skills to oversee and execute campaigns, events, and development programs effectivelyStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills to evaluate funding opportunities and donor engagement metricsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferredExperience in nonprofit or fundraising roles is an advantageInterested candidates can share their cv at
