Roles and Responsibilities:· Manage multiple ML projects from conception to deployment.· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.· Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.· Design, develop, and optimize ML models for various use cases like policy underwriting, claims operation, marketing etc· Conduct experiments, perform A/B testing, and refine models based on feedback and performance metrics.· Develop pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) specific to ML tasks.· Work closely with engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into products.· Strong leadership and project management abilities.· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required:· Proficiency in Python programming languages· Hands on experience in SQL and ETL development· Having implemented ML projects using Regression, Classification & Unsupervised Learning models is a must· Framework for deep learning such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keres used for project implementation.· Understanding of ML deployment process with experience in working with a MLOPs set up is a plus· Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure), and Containerization technologies such as Docker.· Knowledge of RESTful API and microservice architecture for deploying ML models.· Experience in the BFSI industry, specifically in insurance processes such as quote generation, policy issuance, finance, and claims management are a plus· Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile environments.· Strong Business Acumen & experience in deriving insights from DataQualifications:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics or related Field· 8-12 Years of experience in data science with a focus on ML· Proven track record of leading and delivering successful ML Projects· Experience in the Insurance or Financial services Industry is a plus
