Job Title: SAP Finance Process SpecialistLocation: Pune Department: Finance / SAP Process Employment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with German stakeholders and global Finance and Controlling teams to support financial processes and reporting requirements.Ensure implementation and adherence to the Group’s financial best practices and process standards.Support Group reporting activities including data extraction from SAP, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.Assist in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Group Controlling activities to support business planning.Participate in account finalization, month-end and year-end closing activities.Monitor and support ongoing financial operations within the SAP Finance and Controlling module.Prepare accurate and insightful Management Reports to support decision-making.Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal financial controls and reporting guidelines.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and process improvement.Required Qualifications & ExperienceChartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA in Finance.Extensive hands-on experience working as an SAP end-user in Finance & Controlling (FICO).Prior experience working with manufacturing or global organizations.Strong understanding of group reporting, financial consolidation, and controlling processes.Experience in financial closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.Exposure to working with international stakeholders, particularly German counterparts, will be considered a significant advantage.Key SkillsSAP FICO (End-user level expertise)Financial Reporting and AnalysisBudgeting and ForecastingGroup Reporting and ConsolidationFinancial Controls and ComplianceStakeholder ManagementAnalytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred AttributesExperience in global finance environments.Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
