Role & ResponsibilitiesCreate 3D interior models & 4k renders based on design concepts, sketches, and 2D drawings for residential projects.Develop quick, accurate 3D visualizations for design presentations and internal reviews.Work partially on 2D drawings to support layouts, elevations, and coordination requirements.Assist in preparing production-aligned 3D models that reflect materials, finishes, and detailing accurately.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Maintain organized files and version control for models and drawings.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in interior design with strong exposure to residential 3D modeling.Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D software; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.Experience working on both 3D and basic 2D drawings.Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial design.Ability to translate 2D drawings, sketches, and design briefs into accurate 3D models.Willingness and ability to learn new 3D & 2D software such as Coohoom, Naadi, or other tools as required.Adaptable to different design styles and project types.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.PackageCTC: ₹3.6 LPA, based on experience and skill level.
