The role will focus on Programmatic monetization for gaming app and web publishers across Global Markets The role involves onboarding and managing APP and Web Publishers, driving yield optimization using GAM, AdX, Open Bidding, and MCM, and supporting revenue growth through Google demand solutions. Roles & Responsibility:Support publisher growth and monetization using GAM, AdX, Open Bidding, PMP, and Programmatic GuaranteedOnboard and manage gaming publishers (apps & websites) in target marketsOptimize publisher yield against key KPIs such as eCPM, fill rate, ARPU, latency, and viewabilityAssist in commercial discussions, including revenue-share models and MCM (MA / MI) setupsManage day-to-day execution across:GAM setup and optimizationAdX configurationOpen Bidding partner integrationsPolicy compliance and brand safetyMaintain publisher pipelines and onboarding status in CRMWork closely with Ad Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize monetization performance across the regionParticipate in Google ecosystem events and industry forums as requiredRequired Skills:4+ years of experience in programmatic advertisingStrong hands-on experience of working in Google Publisher StackPrior experience of working with gaming app and/or web publishersMandatory experience with a GCPP (experience with more than one GCPP is a plus)Exposure to International markets – APAC, EU markets preferred
