You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from first impression through to conversion and beyond. That means paid acquisition, tracking and attribution, funnel optimisation, lifecycle and CRM, retargeting, and referral. You’ll play a core part in building the growth engine and the team around it, working directly with the founding team.What You’ll Own•      End-to-end creative strategy & paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.•      Use AI to build and automate workflows across the board.•      Tracking, attribution, and performance infrastructure building the dashboards and data systems that every decision gets made against.•      Funnel optimisation - auditing every step from sign-up through KYC to first deposit, identifying friction, and fixing it.•      Lifecycle and CRM - Email sequences, push notifications, SMS, segmentation, and retargeting to move users through the funnel and keep them engaged.•      Budget allocation, bid strategy, and creative testing frameworks across all paid channels.•      Referral programme design and optimisation.•      Coordination with content, design, and community leads on creative production, influencer amplification, and campaign execution.•      Working with the founding team to build out the growth team as the company scales.Who You AreA systems builder. You look at a problem, build the machine to solve it, automate it, and move on to the next bottleneck. You want to build the architecture that makes campaigns run, then go find the next lever.Extremely data-driven. You’ve built dashboards and reporting infrastructure. You know that nothing scales until measurement is solved, and you’ll prioritise fixing data and attribution before spending a dollar on growth.A full-lifecycle generalist. Comfortable across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led levers. Deep enough to go hands-on wherever the biggest gap is. You’ve operated across the full customer journey in a high-ownership environment where you had to figure it out, not just run someone else’s playbook.Deep across the media mix. You’ve scaled acquisition using performance marketing, influencer partnerships, community, and everything in between. You understand how these channels interact and reinforce each other. You know how Meta, TikTok, and Google algorithms work from first principles - not just which ad sets to run, but why CPM's increase, why things convert, and what changes when the platforms shift.Autonomous by nature. You operate with maximum independence. You value not having too many decision-makers in the room. You take a decision and stick with it and you’re not someone who waits for consensus. You probably see yourself building your own company one day.Excited about AI. You identify as someone who’s following what’s happening, experimenting with new capabilities, and thinking about how it changes what one person can build. You see AI as the layer that lets a single operator do what used to take a team, and you’re already working that way or desperate to.Fintech experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
