Our commitment to excellence ensures that customers receive products built to meet the highest standards.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experience an AI automation and Machine Learning engineer to support our SharePoint platform and lead various automation processes, including Purchase Orders (PO), invoicing, new customers and vendors setup, workflows, etc. This role blends SharePoint administration, Power Automate orchestration, and AI-based document processing to streamline how we capture, extract, and route business-critical data. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement automated flows using Power Automate to manage incoming POs/invoicesDevelop and train AI Builder Form Processing models to extract structured fields from various document types.Configure SharePoint Online libraries and lists to serve as document repositories and data storesHands on experience in creating AI AgentsIntegrate extracted data into the ERP system via APIs.Monitor automation performance, manage errors, and implement continuous improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities and process enhancements.Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance policies.Design, deploy, and manage SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions.Build user-friendly interfaces and automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.Implement metadata tagging, content types, and retention policies to manage and classify documents. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields.Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder)Proficiency in AI-driven form recognition, document parsing, and OCR.Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, or other scripting tools.Strong understanding of workflow automation, document management, and data integration.Bonus: Experience with Azure AI Services, RPA tools, or ERP integration projects.Analytical thinker with keen attention to details.Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
