Job Title: HR ManagerExperience Required: 2-3 YearsLocation:GurgaonType: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and providing support in various human resources activities including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions.Conduct employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Employee Relations & Engagement:Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the work culture.Organize team-building activities and HR events.Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process, including the design and implementation of performance management systems.Assist managers in identifying training and development needs for their teams.Coordinate training programs and workshops to promote skill development.HR Policies & Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.Review and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.Payroll & Benefits Administration:Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.Handle employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.Provide support in managing compensation and reward programs.Key Requirements:Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
