For more information, please visit Key ResponsibilitiesThe Global Rewards Lead plays a critical role in shaping, integrating and operationalizing SATS’ global compensation programs.This role is responsible for driving the alignment of pay, and incentives across regions, ensuring a consistent yet locally relevant approach to total rewards. Reporting to the Global Head of Rewards, the role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while contributing insights and recommendations to shape the ongoing evolution of the global rewards framework.The role can be based in India or Singapore and reports to the Global Head of Rewards based in SingaporeGlobal Rewards Integration & TransformationContribute to the ongoing review of Group remuneration practiceDrive the implementation and ongoing refinement of global rewards frameworks across APAC, EMEAA, and the Americas.Oversee the application and continuous refinement of job architecture and grading frameworks, ensuring consistency and internal equity across regions.Maintain and refine global salary structures, including salary ranges, compa-ratio positioning, and alignment to market benchmarks. Manage market benchmarking and analysis, working with external advisors to ensure competitiveness and consistency across geographies.Drive the articulation and application of global pay policies and principles, including pay positioning, differentiation, and pay-for-performance philosophy.Establish and reinforce governance frameworks and guardrails, balancing global consistency with local flexibility.Translate global principles into clear, actionable guidance for regional HR teams, and support effective adoption across markets.Share-based IncentivesOversee the end-to-end administration of global share plans, including grant cycles, vesting processes, and participant lifecycle management.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements across jurisdictions, in coordination with Legal, Finance, and external advisors.Partner with Finance on accounting and financial reporting requirements, including amortisation, expense tracking, and budgeting of share-based compensation.Oversee forecasting and planning of share-based incentives, including cost implications and alignment with overall reward budgets.Drive the standardisation and optimisation of share plan operations, including evaluation and transition towards a global share plan vendor where appropriate.Manage external vendors, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with global requirements.Align share-based incentives with broader total rewards strategyEnsure clear and consistent communication of share plan information to stakeholders and participants globally.Global Travel PolicySupport the ongoing refinement and periodic review of the global travel policy to ensure it remains fit-for-purpose, cost-effective, and aligned with organisational needs.Monitor application of the policy across regions and identify areas for improvement, consistency, and clarity.Partner with relevant stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Risk) to incorporate feedback and evolving business requirements into policy updates.Stakeholder Management & Regional EnablementAct as a key point of contact for regional HR and Rewards teams on rewards-related matters.Navigate differing regional perspectives and drive alignment on global timelines, frameworks, and decisions.Provide clear guidance and support, and challenge stakeholders where needed to ensure consistent execution across regions.Support capability building of HR teams to strengthen understanding and application of rewards principles.Key RequirementsMinimum 15 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with at least 3–5 years in a regional or global rewards leadership role. Experience of APAC, EMEAA and the Americas, with appreciation of local market practices and regulatory considerations is a strong advantage.Proven experience in designing and implementing global total rewards strategiesExperience in M&A integration, harmonization of rewards structures, share-based compensation schemes, executive compensation and organisation transformation is a.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and evolving organization, managing ambiguity and competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail with a strong sense of governance, compliance, and risk management.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to execution.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders and work across cultures and functions.Execution oriented, with strong project management, process management and change management capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and practical guidance for diverse audiences.
