Primarily business development led profileAdept in identification and discussions with investors (domestic/international) and showcasing the sell side transactionsClient communications: starting from dialogue initiation and setting up meeting to understanding the operations.Experience in creation of transaction collaterals: business plan, pitch deck, investment memorandum, teasers etc.Financial analysis and preparing financial model & valuationsIndustry and competition analysisExperience in dealing with Private Equity Funds, VC Funds, Family offices and large corporate investors Qualification: MBA (Finance)/ Bachelor of Business Administration/ CFA or similar post graduation educationExperience: Minimum 2 years and Maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in similar profileCompensation offered: Fixed salary commensurate to the experience plus incentives as per firm’s policy.
