Role ObjectiveAs Senior Manager – Reporting & Controls, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly MIS reporting, statutory and internal audits, and data support for the commercial finance team. You’ll act as a bridge between operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting for decision-making and compliance. Key Responsibilities1. MIS & Reporting Own the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of monthly MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, cost centre reports, and variance analysis. Ensure timeliness and accuracy in monthly closing activities in collaboration with accounting and operations teams. Build and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to support business insights. 2. Audit Management Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing audit schedules, liaising with auditors, and ensuring timely closure. Ensure audit-readiness of books and compliance with IND-AS/IGAAP as applicable (manage any transition) Drive resolution of audit issues and implement control improvements. 3. Compliance & Controls Support the implementation and documentation of robust internal controls and SOPs. Quarterly Books closure as per applicable standards and procedures. 4. Process Improvement Identify automation opportunities in reporting and data consolidation to reduce manual effort and turnaround time. Work closely with tech and ERP teams to enhance system-based reporting.
