The role focuses on Logistics (MM, IM & EWM) data objects and requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure accurate, complete, and timely migration of logistics data. The role demands proven expertise in delivering end-to-end SAP data migration solutions, particularly for complex, large-scale transformation programs. Candidates with strong industry exposure across Manufacturing, CMT and Retail will be highly valued. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules like Material Management (IM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)Define and own the data migration strategy, approach, and roadmapIdentify, analyze, and validate Logistics data objects (Material master, BOM, PO, Stock, Serial numbers, Batch, storage bins, HUs)Design and manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) activitiesWork closely with Supply chain Logistics business stakeholders & master data team to validate data quality and reconciliationCoordinate mock conversions, test cycles, and cutover activitiesDevelop and execute data reconciliation and validation reportsEnsure compliance with SAP S/4HANA data model changesManage data migration tools (ISU, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, or third-party tools)Identify risks and dependencies propose mitigation strategiesLead and mentor data migration team membersSupport post-go-live stabilization and data issue resolution Professional & Technical Skills: 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SCM Logistics functional knowledge3+ years of SAP S/4HANA data migration experience (Logistics areas-focused)Deep understanding of SAP Logistics MM/EWM master and transactional dataHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit / ISU / LSMWStrong knowledge of Logistics processes and S/4HANA Logistics architectureExperience in data reconciliation, validation, and controlsAbility to work across functional, technical, and business teamsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills User Enablement & Post-Go-Live SupportCreate and conduct training sessions for Logistics stakeholders covering data validation, reconciliation procedures, and migration-related processes.Provide advanced functional support during and after go-live, resolving issues related to reconciliations, and reporting.Business Process Optimization & Data GovernanceEvaluate existing Logistics data models and business processes to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.Establish robust and scalable migration workflows that enhance data accuracy, reporting reliability, and compliance.Cross-Functional & Cross-Module IntegrationEnsure smooth integration of migrated finance data with interconnected SAP modules including AA, SD, PM and PS.Manage interdependencies during migration such as any asset capitalization, intercompany postings, and reconciliations.
