Business Growth Executive – Creative ServicesExperience: 0–2 years | Reports to: Business Growth ManagerDivision: Madverse (All verticals)Location: Lado Sarai, Saket – New DelhiRole OverviewThe Business Growth Executive is responsible for creating pipeline and initiating conversations.This is a frontline revenue role focused on:• outbound reach• lead generation• first conversations• setting up qualified opportunitiesThis role is about volume + consistency + hunger.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify and reach out to potential clients across:brandsstartupsfoundersmarketing teamsDrive outbound via:LinkedIncold emailsWhatsAppreferrals2. First-Level ConversationsInitiate discovery conversations with prospects.Understand basic client needs and requirements.Position Madverse capabilities at a high level.3. Pipeline CreationBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads.Ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects into the system.4.
