The company’s sister organization, Advent Hotels International, is one of India’s largest listed hotel developers, managing a portfolio exceeding 1,200 rooms under ownership or construction.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for cultivating relationships with investors, managing financial communications, and presenting corporate strategies to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering investor presentations, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders, conducting market research, and providing insights to support investment decision-making.·       Financial Communication: Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, and the Management discussion & Analysis (MD&A) section of annual reports. ·       Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for institutional investors, buy/sell-side analysts, and retail investors to share company strategy.·       Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and analyst sentiment, providing actionable feedback to senior management.·       Strategic Advisory: Advise executive management on investor perception, market reaction to strategic decisions (M&A, capital raises), and potential activist investor threats.·       Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investor communications comply with regulations (e.g., SEC regulations). Required Skills and Qualifications:·       Financial Literacy: Strong ability to understand, analyze, and communicate financial statements, valuation models, and KPIs.·       Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to distill complex financial information into a clear investment narrative.·       Experience: Usually requires a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with experience in finance, investment banking, or equity research.·       Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a strong investment case for the companyQualificationsStrong skills in Investor Relations and the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.Expertise in Finance and Investments with a solid understanding of capital markets and financial structures. Creating presentations, Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills to assess and present investment opportunities effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CFA certification is preferred. CA would an additional advantage. Proven track record of working in real estate, investment banking, or financial services is an advantage.
