Project Manager / Client Service Coordinator – Social Media Marketing AgencyCompany: Cubicdesignz Marketing AgencyLocation: Chennai (Work from Office)Experience: 2–6 Years (Agency experience preferred)Employment Type: Full-TimeJoining: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the Role- Cubicdesignz is looking for a proactive Project Manager / Client Services Coordinator who will act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams.- This role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple digital marketing projects, ensure smooth communication across departments, and drive timely execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high quality.- You will work closely with the leadership team while coordinating with our content, design, development, editing, and media production teams to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.- Manage day-to-day client coordination, updates, and feedback management.- Conduct client onboarding and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for internal teams.- Assign tasks to the appropriate design, content, editing, development, or media teams.- Plan and monitor daily workflows and project timelines.- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, accurately, and according to client expectations.- Track project progress and ensure the team remains productive and aligned with priorities.- Coordinate between internal teams to resolve issues and avoid delays.- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships.- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task tracking systems.- Provide regular updates to the management team regarding project progress and performance.Required Skills & Qualifications- (2–6 years) of experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, or Account Management.- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or creative agency environment.- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and content production processes.- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving mindset and accountability for project outcomes.- Experience using project management tools, task trackers, or CRM systems.- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of project execution.What We’re Looking For- We are looking for someone who:- Takes ownership and accountability for project delivery.- Can manage teams efficiently and ensure tasks are executed properly.- Maintains strong client relationships and communication.- Works well in a fast-paced agency environment.- Is proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on delivering results rather than excuses.About Cubicdesignz Marketing Agency- Cubicdesignz is a full-service creative marketing agency in Chennai helping brands grow through bold ideas, innovative campaigns, and strategic digital solutions.- Our team specializes in social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, website development, and creative media production.
