At Mindful Rejuvenation, we are committed to helping patients and families overcome challenges and achieve long-term mental wellness.Role DescriptionMindful Rejuvenation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Kochi facility.The HR Manager will oversee all core human resource functions within the hospital, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring effective workforce management and maintaining a supportive workplace culture in a healthcare environment.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of healthcare and administrative staffMaintaining employee records and HR documentationDeveloping and implementing HR policies and proceduresHandling employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance managementEnsuring compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulationsManaging payroll coordination, attendance, and employee benefitsSupporting performance management and staff training initiativesCollaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goalsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (mandatory)Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce PlanningExperience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Culture DevelopmentKnowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy developmentExperience in payroll management and employee benefits administrationStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to manage confidential HR information with professionalismExperience with training, performance management, and staff developmentBachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage
