Travel Arrangements:- Handle travel bookings for guests, bosses, and leadership team- Coordinate with transport team for pick-up and drop4. Support Staff Management:- Roster support staff for events and daily operations- Ensure supplies and amenities on floor5. Supplies & Logistics:- Order and manage House Keeping, tea, coffee, stationary, and amenities- Oversee requirements at RE office6. Administrative Tasks:- Process vendor invoices and payments- Handle BB recharges, machine refills, and other office expenses7. Office Maintenance:- Ensure conference room and office cleanliness- Oversee overall office arrangements8.Updating Travel Tracker with all the travel expenses on monthly Basis
