At SmartVizX, we focus on creating functional, future-ready spaces that deliver real business value.Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to drive financial excellence and ensure seamless statutory compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and a proven track record in managing end-to-end accounting, budgeting, project costing, and financial planning.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.Manage project-based financials and costing specific to design and build projects.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and consultants for audits and financial reviews.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Support management in financial decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.Implement financial controls and process improvements for efficiency and compliance.Liaise with project and procurement teams for cost tracking, vendor payments, and contract settlements.Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy in all deliverables.Required Qualifications and SkillsChartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
