The CAD Designer and Programmer will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings, developing and optimizing CNC programs for manufacturing processes, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure seamless production. Daily tasks include designing, programming CNC machines, and supervising machining and milling operations to ensure product quality and accuracy.QualificationsProficiency in Technical Drawing and CAD software for designing accurate and detailed plansExperience in CNC Programming and Programming for automated manufacturing processesSkills in Machining and Milling to support production activitiesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailRelevant certifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related fieldAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
