We cater to Gen Z students, urban professionals, and global CXOs.Role OverviewAs an Assistant Manager – Sales, you will drive Tribe’s sales strategy at the property level. This includes generating and converting leads, managing channel partners, nurturing corporate tie-ups, and ensuring 100% occupancy across student accommodation and premium hospitality offerings.You’ll also manage daily sales reports, lead a small team (if required), and collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure Tribe’s growth targets are met.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ConversionExecute high-volume cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients and institutionsBuild strong pipeline via walk-ins, tele-calls, referrals, agents, and online leadsMeet and exceed monthly occupancy and revenue targetsSales Strategy & ExecutionDesign and execute campus engagement and outreach plans for student housingClose sales through virtual tours, site visits, and consultative sellingMaintain updated sales funnel, lead reports, and conversion metricsClient & Partner Relationship ManagementHandle key B2B relationships (consultants, agents, institutions, relocation partners)Ensure smooth pre- and post-booking communication with clients and parentsMaintain a professional, solution-oriented approach to all interactionsInternal CoordinationWork with marketing for lead quality, campaigns, and offline eventsCollaborate with operations for room availability, onboarding, and guest satisfactionProvide regular sales insights and feedback to the leadership teamIdeal Candidate Profile3–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or front-line managerial rolesProven experience with cold calling and lead conversionsStrong proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/reporting toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident, self-motivated, and target-drivenPrior experience in real estate, hospitality, or student housing (preferred)What Makes You A Great FitYou love closing deals and are data-drivenYou work well under pressure and are a team playerYou maintain professionalism while staying warm and consultativeYou can handle student, parent, and institutional clients with easeYou’re eager to grow with a premium, fast-scaling hospitality brand Perks & GrowthWork with India’s most premium co-living and student accommodation brandAutonomy and ownership in a high-impact sales roleFast-track growth opportunities within the Tribe networkCross-functional exposure to marketing, operations, and business developmentTo apply, email your resume to
