Committed to redefining luxury with contemporary comfort, The Den caters to both modern globetrotters and traditional travelers.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial health of The Den, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will handle budgeting, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial forecasts, managing cash flow, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights. Collaborating with the operations team, the manager will streamline financial processes and provide guidance on cost optimization and revenue growth strategies.QualificationsStrong financial management skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisIn-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial reporting standards, and auditsProficiency in financial software and tools relevant to hospitality and real estate financeAbility to provide strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-makingStrong leadership and team management skills with excellent organizational and communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred)Prior experience in the Hotel IndustryProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
