This role requires strong knowledge of cabinet/vanity construction, specifications, hardware, and day-to-day product support. The ideal candidate has previously worked with similar furniture or cabinetry products and can collaborate effectively across internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Logistics) and external partners (vendors/factories). This is a hands-on role supporting product execution, issue resolution, documentation, and ongoing improvement of the cabinet andvanity program.Product Technical Support• Support internal teams with product knowledge related to kitchen cabinets and bath vanities.• Interpret cabinet/vanity specifications, technical drawings, CAD files, and productdocumentation.• Assist with new SKU setup, product descriptions, and spec sheet accuracy• Support replacement part identification (doors, drawer fronts, hinges, slides, toe kicks, shelves,etc.).• Assist with product comparisons, feature highlights, and product training support (as needed).• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams.Documentation Process• Maintain product files, drawings, manuals, and specifications• Help create and improve SOPs for parts requests, claims, and troubleshooting• Track recurring issues and support root cause analysis for improvementRequired Qualifications• 1+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, cabinetry, millwork, or furniture industry• Strong understanding of cabinet and vanity construction and terminology (RTA and/orassembled)• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, and spec sheets• Strong written and verbal communication skills (email + cross-team coordination)• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities• Hands-on experience using 2020 Design and/or ProKitchen software/tools for cabinet layoutsand kitchen planning (bonus)
