We serve a focused client base of large Philippine enterprises, delivering complex financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting implementations on the Jedox platform. The roleEPM Solutions runs a focused portfolio of complex, high-stakes client engagements. Resource allocation decisions across that portfolio depend entirely on operational data being accurate, current, and complete.  The Implementation Coordinator is accountable for that data. This role works across the full delivery portfolio — with consultants, project leads, and the COO — to ensure that resource allocation, capacity, and engagement data in are reliable and consistently maintained.This is a precision role. There is no margin for data that is approximately right or updated when convenient.What we requireFive years in professional services or implementation environmentsConsulting firms, professional services organisations, or EPM/ERP implementation environments. This is about exposure to billable work and the consequence of operational error in that context — not years of service.Demonstrated ownership of an operational data systemA specific role in which you owned the accuracy and currency of a data system and in which errors had direct downstream consequences. We will ask what happened when data was wrong, not what your processes were when it was right.Process discipline under pressureConsistent adherence to defined processes in environments where shortcuts were available. We will ask about a time you held the process when others were pushing to bypass it.Proficiency with project and resource management platformsHands-on experience with a professional-grade platform used for resource tracking, project management, or capacity planning. The specific platform matters less than demonstrated precision in its use.What distinguishes strong candidates—   Experience in high-accountability team environments where role boundaries are broad and individual accountability is high—   Evidence of identifying and escalating operational issues — not just maintaining data—    specifically, rather than a comparable platform—   Familiarity with enterprise performance management platforms — Jedox, Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1, or equivalent.—   Demonstrated experience working effectively in a distributed team across time zones.Working arrangement—   Fully remote.—   Daily overlap with the Philippines (UTC+8) during core hours is required.—   Occasional travel for team meetings.
