A US based IT MNC is hiring Techno Functional Project Manger to lead and manage the end-to-end migration and integration of systems. The role will involve overseeing core banking migration, system integrations, data migration, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform with minimal business disruption.Banking domain should include retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management.It would be good to have a resource who knows Wealth management system from the vendor SS&C (applications like: Advent, Moxy, Black Diamond etc.)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead and manage banking migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in banking systems along with hands-on experience managing end-to-end system migrations. Prior implementation experience in platforms such as Salesforce and Finacle is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end migration projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureWork closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless migrationDefine project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocationManage data migration, system integration, and cutover strategiesEnsure minimal disruption to business operations during migrationIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactivelyCoordinate across cross-functional teams including development, QA, and infrastructureEnsure compliance with banking regulations, security, and data governance standardsDrive status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updatesOversee UAT, go-live, and post-implementation supportRequired Skills & Qualifications9–12 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as Project Manager in banking/financial servicesBanking domain should include retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management.Strong experience in core banking migration / transformation projectsProven techno-functional expertise (understanding both business processes and technical architecture)Experience in data migration, API integrations, and system interfacesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to HavePrior implementation experience as PM in:Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud)Finacle Core Banking SystemExperience working in digital banking transformation programsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)It would be good to have a resource who knows Wealth management system from the vendor SS&C (applications like: Advent, Moxy, Black Diamond etc.)Key CompetenciesLeadership and team managementProblem-solving and decision-makingRisk and change managementStrong analytical and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
