At Biocon Biologics, Finance is one of the major pillars and an essential ingredient to a successful business.Key ResponsibilitiesBook close and complianceResponsible for monthly book closure activities along with financial schedulesOwnership of Financial statements including PL, Balance Sheet and Cash FlowDrive Statutory Audit of standalone financials under IFRS and local GAAP (US and Europe countries)Proficient in cross-border compliances (US and Europe countries GAAP)Inventory valuation and analysisTracking actual cost v/s Budget for support functionsParticipate in compliance with Companies Act 2013 requirements like CSR, Related party, CAROLiaise with third party accounting, tax service providers and other consultants on local regulatory/accounting/audit compliancesConsolidation of books of accounts in BPC module of SAPStrong knowledge of IndAS and IFRSOperations and accountingReview of month end accruals, intercompany reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, Income statement trend analysis;Proactively, identify and initiate initiatives which can drive changes, optimizes processes Financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision makingLead special finance projects, manage the centralized financed system with an ambition to further automate processesWork with onshore and offshore finance team reporting within Biocon Biologics group, to monitor all transactions and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operationsEducation, Experience and SkillQualification – Chartered AccountantExperience 8-10 years with experience of handling a team size of 2-4Hands on experience with SAP will be an added advantageProficient in MS Excel and PowerPointExcellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral) and Networking skillsFlexibility & open mind to look at dynamic and ever-changing business environment and needsTime management & ability to prioritize work / Multitasking
