With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Category Growth Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies. As a Category Growth Associate will:Drive growth for the focus categories through strategic initiatives.Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with brands to boost their visibility and category sales.Analyze category performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and develop a plan to capture itBuild deep customer understanding for the category to devise marketing strategies, drive implementation and own their performanceCollaborate with the leadership team on critical cross-functional projects to enhance category performanceKeep key business stakeholders updated with market and competitive insights through benchmarking to stay ahead Use a structured approach to identify and analyze category-specific business problemsEffectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization.What you'll need:Bachelors in Business Administration or a similar fieldFresh or recent graduate, with a strong desire and passion for e-commerceStrong project management, problem-solving and organizational skillsAn individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment in a volatile industryComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneAptitude for organization, flexibility and producing resultsExperience working in a similar or related roleA minimum CGPA of 3.5 Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
