Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Quality and Training based in Panchkula. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, designing and implementing training programs, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits, developing training materials, and providing regular performance feedback. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high service quality. QualificationsExperience in Quality Assurance and Process ImprovementTraining Development, Facilitation, and Performance Monitoring skillsCompetence in Team Leadership and Conflict ResolutionStrong Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with training tools or softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related fieldPreferred: Experience in the security services industry and knowledge of compliance standards
