Job Description

1. Process trial balance loads from source general ledger system and into the FCCS consolidations system.2. Translate the consolidating financial statements from local currency and into USD leveraging the system capabilities.3. Ensure that all manual and system's Eliminations have been processed and all IC and /"Offset/" accounts are at zero.4. Process and Prepare LE and Consolidated CTA Proofs to validate whether or not the FS's translated correctly.5. Provide support for local Statutory FilingsQuarters Only:5. Reload Day 0 FX rates overwriting the Day -3 FX rates so that the consolidated BS can be re-translated. 6. Process Intangible Asset roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD and validate that they are correct.7. Process Goodwill roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD and validate that they are correct.8. Ad Hoc Reporting configuration in FCCS.9. Reporting suite maintenance as required. Additional information Complex consolidations experience of 20+ years. Significant FX Remeasurement experience. Significant experience in translating local currency financial statements into the Parent's USD reporting currency. Significant experience with CTA (cumulative translation adjustment) and CTA Proofs and how to troubleshoot this cycle. Significant accounting background and experience is required. Attention to details is required. Significant understanding troubleshooting problems with Consolidation. Experience working with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and understanding how to analyze a general ledger account. Experience working within an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and Experience with the Fluctuation Analysis process. Significant experience configuring, processing, and preparing a Cash Flow consolidation and the related FS and supplemental footnotes. Significant experience using the ASC 230 /"Effect of Exchange Rates on Cash/" Proof that is used to ensure the consolidated CF's are correct. Experience with Intercompany accounts involving many IC subsidiaries. Advanced Excel skills and other FP&A software (including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP’s, basic Macros, and standard Report generation.
