In this role, you will manage end-to-end international shipment processes, including coordination with suppliers and logistics partners. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment of fabrics and garments, resolving logistical challenges, managing shipping documentation, and maintaining compliance with international trade regulations. Additionally, you will liaise with clients and internal teams to monitor progress, address queries, and ensure seamless execution of shipments.·       Graduate in any discipline.·       3 – 5 years of experience in Export–Import coordination, or International customer service in fabric / garment shipments.·       Experience with textile or apparel cargo is preferred.·       Excellent written and verbal English communication.·       Ability to communicate professionally with: Overseas shippers / Indian consignees / Buying houses and agents.·       Experience in drafting international emails, shipment updates, and confirmations.·       Basic understanding of fabric & garment logistics, including: Export / Import documentation / Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) / Sea & air shipment processes.·       Familiarity with Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Bill of Lading / Airway Bill.·       Awareness of HS codes for textiles and garments (added advantage).·       Strong follow-up skills with overseas partners and local consignees.·       Ability to track shipments and provide timely status updates.·       Coordination with internal operations, CHA, and freight forwarders.·       Ability to handle time zone differences and deadlines.·       Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.QualificationsLogistics and supply chain management skills, including the ability to coordinate and manage international shipments effectivelyProficiency in managing shipping documentation, ensuring accurate records and compliance with international trade regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients internationallyAbility to troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related issues promptlyOrganization skills to ensure timely delivery and handle multiple tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with fabric and garment industry specifics is an advantageBachelor's degree in supply chain management, international business, or a related field is preferredProficiency in common software tools and platforms for logistics and documentation
