Aykha takes pride in crafting exceptional woodwork for discerning clients who seek craftsmanship and excellence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Furniture Designer with 1–2 years of relevant experience. This role requires a balance of design creativity, technical expertise, and client interaction. You will work closely with clients to conceptualize designs, create detailed drawings for production, and contribute to brand content.Key Responsibilities1. Client Interaction & Design Consultation- Engage with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and space constraints  - Conduct design discussions and guide clients with suitable solutions  - Translate client ideas into practical and aesthetically appealing designs  - Present concepts and revisions clearly  2. Design Development- Create mood boards, material palettes, and concept presentations  - Design customized furniture pieces aligned with client briefs and brand identity  - Ensure designs are functional, ergonomic, and production-friendly  3. Technical Drawings & Production Coordination- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing  - Provide accurate dimensions, joinery details, and material specifications  - Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth execution  - Incorporate feedback from the workshop into revised drawings  4. Brand & Content Creation- Assist in creating content for social media (design ideas, process, finished products)  - Support in developing posts, reels, and visual storytelling  - Ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual identity  Required Skills & Qualifications- 1- 2 years of experience in furniture design, product design, or interior design  - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software  - Strong 2D drafting and 3D visualization skills  - Understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture construction techniques  - Good communication and client-handling skills  - Ability to create mood boards and presentations  Preferred Skills- Experience in custom or made-to-order furniture projects  - Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and workshop coordination  - Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for content creation  - Interest in social media and visual storytelling  Key Attributes- Creative with strong design sensibility  - Detail-oriented and organized  - Proactive and solution-driven  - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously  - Team player with a collaborative approach  What We Offer- Opportunity to work on unique, customized furniture projects  - Exposure to end-to-end design and manufacturing process  - Creative and growth-oriented work environment  How to Apply:  Please share your resume along with a portfolio showcasing relevant furniture designs, 2D drawings, and 3D models.Salary - Rs.35,000/- to 45,000/- per month
