We integrate with wearables, medical devices, and third‑party platforms while maintaining rigorous privacy and security standards.The RoleWe are looking for a Frontend developer to drive the development of our React Native (iOS/Android) React and Next.js applications. In this role, you will partner closely with our UI/UX team, taking their high-fidelity designs and well-scoped requirements and transforming them into flawless, performant applications.The digital health landscape requires exactness and reliability. You will be trusted with the autonomy to decide the best technical path forward to bring our team's vision to life.What You’ll DoExecute with Precision: Translate clear UI/UX requirements and high-fidelity designs into robust, responsive frontend code across mobile (React Native) and web (React, Next.js, Nextron).Own the Technical Outcome: While the what is defined by our design team, the how is up to you. Architect, build, and deploy features with a high degree of independence. Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and propose architectural solutions before they become blockers.Evolve the Stack: Evaluate and integrate emerging frameworks, libraries, and best practices. You view complex code reviews and technical challenges as opportunities to learn and refine your craft.Ship with Impact: Collaborate seamlessly in a fast-paced environment to deliver secure, reliable features that directly impact real-world health outcomes.Must‑HavesProven production experience building and deploying responsive web applications using React and Next.js.Proven production experience building and deploying mobile applications using React Native (iOS and Android).Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both web and mobile environments.Familiarity with Nextron for packaging web apps into desktop applications.A track record of taking technical ownership of feature delivery, from initial local development to App Store/Play Store deployment.A strong eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to match UI designs precisely while maintaining clean, maintainable code.Experience managing complex data and state (e.g., React Query/TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand).Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, EAS, GitHub Actions).Experience writing robust tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Detox).Familiarity with Auth/RBAC implementations (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT).Our Tech Stack (You don’t need to know all of these on day one, but you should be eager to master them)Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, PWAs (Workbox), Nextron.Data/State: React Query/TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit/Zustand.Auth/RBAC: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, Keycloak/Auth0 (or similar).Testing/CI: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Detox, GitHub Actions, Fastlane/EAS.APIs/Realtime: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets.How We WorkSmall, fast, and product‑driven teams with frequent releases.Clear, well-defined handoffs from our UI/UX and clinical teams—we value your developer time and provide the clarity you need to build.Pragmatic engineering: shipping reliable, secure features with a focus on impact.Benefits & PerksCompetitive compensation with performance growth.Meaningful work in digital health with real‑world user impact.
