The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling C2H employees, statutory compliance, and multi-cycle payroll processing (daily, weekly & monthly wages).Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for employees including daily wages, weekly & monthly payroll cyclesHandle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) payroll operations and vendor coordinationMaintain accurate employee payroll documentation and recordsEnsure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, TDSProcess reimbursements, deductions, and final settlementsCoordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll inputs and validationsPrepare payroll reports, MIS, and audit documentationEnsure timely and accurate salary disbursementSkill Requirements3–5 years of experience in Payroll ManagementHands-on experience with C2H payroll and documentationStrong understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.)Experience handling multi-cycle payroll (daily/weekly/monthly)Prior experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is mandatoryGood knowledge of payroll tools and ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy
