Psychological AssessmentsConduct comprehensive evaluations including Mental Status Examinations, Personality Tests, Cognitive and Neuropsychological Assessments, and IQ tests.Perform risk assessments and family evaluations as part of detailed case formulations.2. Treatment & InterventionsDesign personalized treatment plans involving patients and their families.Provide individual psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral interventions.Facilitate therapeutic group sessions for in-patient populations.Offer psychological consultations for walk-in and follow-up patients.Lead structured family therapy and psychoeducation sessions.3. Training, Supervision & LeadershipSupervise and guide junior psychologists and trainees in clinical practices.Deliver structured training on therapeutic methods, clinical documentation, and stress management.Conduct ongoing workshops across MindPlus, MindFirst, and MindPlus Retreat units.4. Service Development & Quality AssuranceLead initiatives to improve and innovate psychological service delivery.Oversee documentation, compliance, and clinical performance of the psychology team.Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, protocols, and patient safety norms.5. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date records including therapy notes, activity logs, family communication updates, and MDT reports.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and compliance forms.What We OfferA supportive, multidisciplinary work environment.Regular learning and development opportunities.Exposure to diverse clinical settings and therapeutic modalities.Opportunities to grow into leadership and innovation roles.QualificationsMphil in clinical psychologist from an accredited institution.RCI Licensed to practice psychology in the state.Required SkillsStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Preferred SkillsExperience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
