Senior Graphic Designer/VisualizerWe’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for creating compelling design solutions across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can translate ideas into impactful visuals while maintaining brand consistency and high creative standards.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to creative concepts while executing high-quality design work.What You’ll Be DoingDesign engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, marketing collaterals, and brand communication.Translate creative briefs into clear, visually compelling designs.Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account teams to develop campaign ideas and executions.Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.Create layouts, illustrations, typography treatments, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.Adapt creatives for different social media platforms and digital formats.Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and digital content formats.Experiment with AI-assisted design tools and new creative technologies to enhance workflow and ideation.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, design studio, or brand environment.Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social media creatives, branding, and campaign work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Working knowledge of Figma or other collaborative design tools is a plus.Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience working with motion designers or video teams is an advantage.About The Content LabThe Content Lab is a Mumbai based digital first agency & creative content studio providing digital marketing and content solutions for the evolving digital space.
