Job Description

Currie & Brown is seeking a Data Analyst based in Noida to support the management and analysis of building condition survey data for our UK Building Surveying team.This role will support large-scale asset management and condition survey programmes delivered across the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with surveyors, asset managers and digital teams to review, structure, validate and analyse building asset data collected through field surveys.The role will also contribute to the development of centralised data platforms using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse and Power BI) to support asset lifecycle management, reporting and analytics.The position forms part of Currie & Brown’s global digital delivery capability, providing data management and analytics support to international projects.Key responsibilities:Survey Data Review & Quality AssuranceReviewing condition survey datasets submitted by survey teams to ensure completeness and accuracyCleaning and validating data received from survey platforms and spreadsheetsIdentifying inconsistencies or missing information and coordinating with UK survey teams to resolve issuesAsset Data ManagementSupporting the creation and maintenance of structured asset registers and lifecycle datasetsOrganising asset condition, lifecycle and cost data within centralised data repositoriesMaintaining data consistency using standardised asset taxonomiesData Platform Support (Desirable)Assisting with the development and maintenance of Power Apps and Dataverse environments used to store survey and asset dataSupporting integration of survey data into centralised databasesMaintaining structured data environments using SharePoint or DataverseReporting & Data InsightsDeveloping dashboards and reporting tools using Power BISupporting analysis of lifecycle costs, maintenance backlog and asset condition riskProducing structured datasets for use in client reporting and strategic asset planningContinuous ImprovementSupporting improvements to survey data workflows and digital toolsContributing to the development of internal data standards and best practicesEssential qualifications required:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science or a related disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or data managementPreferred qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experienceEssential sector experience required:Strong experience managing and analysing large structured datasetsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with Power BIUnderstanding of data cleaning, validation and database organisationFamiliarity with SharePoint or structured data environmentsStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to collaborate with teams located internationallyPreferred sector experience required:Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Dataverse)Knowledge of SQL, Python or other data scripting toolsExperience working with construction, engineering or asset management datasetsExperience building automated reporting or data dashboardsSoft skills required:Analytical thinking and problem solvingStrong organisational and data management skillsAbility to work independently with remote teamsHigh attention to detailCurrie & Brown is one of the world’s leading physical assets management and construction consultancies, dedicated to advising clients in respect of the management and utilisation of their physical assets, and is differentiated by innovation, expertise and experience.With principal offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, New York and Shanghai, we operate throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, India and the Middle East.Currie & Brown is an equal opportunity employer.
