Details on your work arrangement (including on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll Succeed (responsibilities):Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Metrics (productivity, accuracy, timeliness) and process all applications within committed turnaround times (TAT).Achieve individual and team goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.Escalate operational issues promptly to supervisors for timely resolution.Adhere to company policies, including Clean Desk and Information Security, and report any violations.Stay updated with process changes.Strive to achieve subject matter expertise within the team.Assist team leads as required in their job functions.Leaders of the supported SBUs and LOBs.As an employee of CIBC, the incumbent must comply with all applicable CIBC and Line of Business policies, standards, guidelines and controls.As a key contributor to the business unit, this job has the authority to recommend changes to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Processes a high volume of Retail Banking Lending applications and documents, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely completion in alignment with defined Service Level Metrics and turnaround times.Contributes to individual and team productivity goals, escalates operational issues as needed, and maintains compliance with company policies to support superior customer service and operational excellence.Experience: 1+ years of experienceWho You Are (skills / qualifications):Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.1+ years of experience in credit processing or retail banking operations.Proficiency in English (written and verbal).Good understanding of banking or financial services operations and processing requirements.Typing speed of at least 20 wpm with a minimum accuracy of 90%.Analytical and logical thinking abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team, under pressure, and in ambiguous situations.Organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational systems.What CIBC India Offers:At CIBC India, your goals are a priority.
